What is over-selling ?
Say you have our 2500 Mb package for 20 domains and you create plans of 50 Mb, 100 Mb, 250 Mb.
A customer needing 125 Mb space would take a 250 Mb plan.
You can sell 20 hosting accounts of 250 Mb each as long as they use less than 2500 Mb in total.
We have a server with 400 websites on plans from 10 Mb to 250 Mb. The average usage of all these websites is 19 Mb space and 90 Mb monthly traffic.
Strategy
In our hosting plans we can afford to offer an entry level 10 Mb plan.
This suits those who are just dipping their toes in the water of the World Wide Web.
Many stay at that level for years. Many upgrade with larger websites. Some few give up and take on gardening.
Websites need work. Many go to the level that allows WordPress and save on design costs and time.

Existing clients
Clients on our dedicated server can be made resellers very quickly, and their websites all transferred to their reseller account with no change of renewal dates.
Own nameservers
If you provide a domain name we can set you up with your own nameservers, e.g. ns1.yourname.com.au and ns2.yourname.com.au. Or you can use our nameservers.
