What is URL Forwarding?
You can have a domain name point to another website, or web page, or to your ISP's free web space.
It usually works from an HTML file on the registrar's server which opens the index file of the target website in a frame.
Unfortunately search engines get confused by frames and only read the limited text in the pointing file, which may be only the title tag.
So don't expect URL Forwarding to help in search engine ranking. Get the target website listed in Google for that. i.e. http://users.bigpond.com/~mywebsite
Normally we would use URL redirecting.
This facility is available from all domain name registrars, free from ours, at a fee from some others.
