The Shopping Cart Assistant is now fully functional and is absolutely fantastic.
It has one or two minor flaws like occasionally getting the GST different to Quickbooks by a cent or two, but even with this it's cut down enormously on the processing times and the number of errors caused by typos etc so it's great value for money. The tech support was superb and very efficient, and they took me right through every issue until it ran exactly how I wanted it to.
Now that they've worked it out for me, it could be worthwhile to recommend to other clients similar to me. My contact there was Jose Arizmendi Jose@WriteItOnce.com. I'm sure he'd be keen to discuss with any Aussie users keen to implement this system for themselves.
